Judge Cheryl R. Treadwell was appointed to the Fulton County Magistrate Court in July 2021. An Atlanta native, Judge Treadwell earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Policy from the Georgia Institute of Technology and her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. In addition to her judicial service, she is a certified mediator and maintains a private practice in Atlanta.

Judge Treadwell has been an active member of the Georgia Bar since her admission and remains committed to community service and civic engagement throughout the Atlanta area.
